Tonight is finally the night. 🌙🔥

After days of rehearsals, preparations, snack catastrophes, runaway squirrels, and one very dramatic bass string incident… the Midnight Scent Memorial Day Week Special Event is officially here.

What started as a simple idea quickly turned into something much bigger.

A celebration. A tribute. A gathering of friends, music, stories, laughter, and remembrance.

The barn has been transformed with lights, banners, lanterns, speakers, and enough snacks to feed an entire neighborhood of raccoons… assuming Mr. Squibbles can successfully defend the snack table tonight.

The newest Midnight Scent song has quickly become one of the most emotional projects the group has worked on together.

The song is dedicated to remembering, honoring, and carrying forward the light of those who are no longer with us.

Throughout the barn and event grounds, lanterns, flags, memorial signs, candles, and messages of gratitude have been placed carefully by the gang to help create a night that celebrates both remembrance and togetherness.

And there may even be one more surprise tonight…

Cynthia (Mum) may be stepping onto the stage herself to play a little guitar during the event. 🎸

Dad and Uncle Greg sadly have to work tonight and were unable to get the evening off, which definitely disappointed everyone.

But even if they cannot be there for the full event, their support, encouragement, laughter, and spirit are still part of everything Midnight Scent has become.

Mum has been quietly practicing and helping prepare for the event all week long, and the gang may convince her to join in for a special moment during the show.
